As Jen mentioned, I am a holistic Chiropractic Physician with my practice in Wilmette, IL. It is not selfish to prioritize our own well being, let us help one another and always have that generous heart. A heart that knows how to be kind to other people, especially the ones who are in need. Drinking water and eating nutiricous foods will make the body stronger and we can be wiser at the same time. The nutrients that the body absorbs will go a long way and we will see the effect of it after some weeks. Let us be patient with it and always be cautious of the foods that we eat.
